  Move element styling defaults from Etch default classes to attributes

  Builders tend to add default classes to elements and assign builder defaults to these classes. Instead of doing this, we’re using custom attributes to identify etch elements and applying the default styles to these attributes. This will clean up the classes area and ensure that the only classes on elements are ones added by the user as well as making it easier for us to handle element mutations.

  Additionally, we’ve ensured that all default styles are applied with :where() to reduce their specificity to 0.
